Already broke down on the real estate index.

Artis fighting like a madman because of the huge buyback.

Buybacks can break the downtrends based on my observances.

Most of Artis debt already rolled at higher rates, they more sensitive to the short end.

Think the move is done in bond yields but didn't see this coming.
