It was mainly just to the liberal government announcing that they're cutting immigration targets for the next few years.... ( of course, all that can change as we know ).  

 Also trying to cut back on foreign temporary workers )

That is it and it's not gonna have an impact right away, and it might not have as much of an impact in the future as people think.   ( and the targets can easily change ).    At the end of the day, there's a housing shortage....   

interest rates have already come down in Canada and are going to come down more....   apartment rates in Canada are on sale. It is definitely time to get in.  


 Don't be scared markets are completely irrational, and I actually think some of the big boys are trying to make some money on shorting them....   then they will buy them and ride them back up.

 At these levels, it's a great time to buy and then don't look for six months..

 fundamentals are good...  don't buy into the market panic just buy  these reits at a discount ....    

possibly some tax loss selling also...
