Do not give him any credit. Anybody that did their own due diligence knows there are risks. This is the stock market, everything has risks.
But remember, his relentlessly obnoxious bantering over and over about how terrible this deal is, is just a reminder of how good this likely is.
He does not own any shares of AMK, He says he has Tud and Tuo, but I am doubtful he does, wouldn’t you want this to go through if that was true?
The share price of the other amigos would definitely go up after the deal finalizes.
He has a different play in mind and is just trying to bring up anything he can possibly think of to scare people into selling.
Everything so far that he has said wasn’t going to happen, has happened.
A few months ago, he was on a rampage for everybody to dump and run at 17¢. It has almost doubled since then.
This guy is not looking out for anybody’s better interest. Everything he says is for his own and his employer’s better interest.
