WHY GOD.

WHY GOD.Hard to believe Im watching the FOURTH bear market REIT rally bend over over the past 3 years.   At least if the CAD reits matched VNQ we would be about 10% higher across the board.   

Truly looking like a gross trade again

All we got going is another BOC cut making margin-borrowing more sensible to cash flow and the DEC/JAN seasonality.  If your  not looking to trim at the next bounce I cant help you.  Theycertainly dont  let  REIT gains last.  Its up and back down like  a YO YO
