The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

WHY GOD.

Hard to believe Im watching the FOURTH bear market REIT rally bend over over the past 3 years. At least if the CAD reits matched VNQ we would be about 10% higher across the board.

Truly looking like a gross trade again

All we got going is another BOC cut making margin-borrowing more sensible to cash flow and the DEC/JAN seasonality. If your not looking to trim at the next bounce I cant help you. Theycertainly dont let REIT gains last. Its up and back down like a YO YO
