Aallyy: Your intentions may be noble, but consier this:

The financings, like them or not, are done.
The current management, like them or not, were just re-elected.
The regulators, like them or not, have not and likely will not rescue shareholders from this management team.

Now, if the "ethical crowd" has a plan to increase shareholder value, I'm listening.
