Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:Andrew Moffs is shorting Artis and has lost several millionLol he "shorted" it at $6?  No doubt some shorts cleaned up at $8-10 but initiaiting a short after the REIT lost 60% seems a little dumb.
