You are probably in the ballpark.Our build cost was $240/ft2, and that was 6 years ago. And that didn't include the price of the lot.
So from Khovanian's profit, or any builder's profit, you have to subtract the costs to install services, roads, etc.
Builders do make money, but it isn't the windfall some would like to believe.
