RE:RE:This ain't good

RE:RE:This ain't goodThe story related to Stuart Nacht seemed to dramatically changed when he was close to receiving his payout.
Remember Yankee12 comments about being at Sage Ranch with Ciachurski -

""I would like to mention that Stuart is a machine. From all our meetings, what he has accomplished in so little time with city planners and with political ppl in tehachapi is incredible."

Unfortunately the same thing happened to Captiva Verde shareholders when they were close to both Solargram Farms, a 50% interest in the net profits of Sage Ranch, a $1.4M buildout in Mexico in which they received nothing, Paul Woodhouse and Darlene Gillis (Eastern Wind), Michael and Grace Wystrach (Western Wind), Tom Vihveln (Eastern Wind), Ronnie Strasser &Co. (GRB &PWR), Salim Jima (Captiva Verde Land).

Seems to just be another "pattern and practice", being the buzz word of the day.
