Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. 23 sites and only 3 new patients would suggest that some sites are not seeing any positive results and are not "actively" tecruiting Cant see any other reason
Transparency would require a breakdown by site by month since the beginning of the trial
The sites could simply be identified as site number 1 ,2 , etc
