This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

Ocalaman...an incredible blunder by BCE. The street will now have no faith in the board and this will put a very big overhand on the stock (for years??). I plan to sell my remaining holdings soon...other than the divvy (one has to wonder are they being truthful on that?) this stock is very likely dead money.
