RE:How and If USA Election results can affect BBDWhile I am no expert at this, I would think the rich could just set up a Bahamas corporation which buys their new BBD jet and that is where its registered.

People who can afford ~$30-80 Million for a jet have accoutant(s) and lawyer(s) who spend a significant amount of their time working to keep their clients tax bills as low as possible.
