RE:RE:RE:RE:SP Predictions On Day Of Receiving Exploitation LicenseHi Sasky,
IMO, the FS included in Part 2 submitted to the Ministry on April 30th would have included the most current Colemanite & Boric Acid pricing index that TD advised shareholders at the AGM online meeting. ie. Colemanite - $575US/tonne & Boric Acid -$1,250US/tonne would be used.
I would expect the numbers would have to be precisely accurate for the number crunchers.
It is my educated guess TD would give purchasers a 10% discounted rate from what Turkey sells their products to European purchasers at. TD's pricing would probably take into consideration multiple factors such as quantity purchasing, length of terms & type of product buying.
Due to the rarity of this industrial mineral, the large deposit existing, low arsenic levels and high grades the Jarandol basin contains, a greedy Major with deep pockets would want it all!
It's conceiveable after Part 3 is submitted, we are at the end of the line with our tasks.
TD would probably remain as a consultant due to his knowledge level, knows the processes & contacts, and the rest of us are long gone with a buyout.
Majors highly prefer to construct their own mine, as the have the $, expertise and staff to accomplish the task of mine construction. The grunt work by Erin Ventures/Boron One has been all completed, end of our role. Cheers!
