TB:  Averaging Up  vs Chasing a rocket; Averaging Down  vs  Catching a Knife,   are all interesting homilies to exercise our imaginations.  One makes a decision based on one's own gut.  But one truth is undeniable;
most gains are made in the middle, between the Top High and the Bottom
Low.  And most opportunities are lost waiting for either.
