This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

He lost me when he said they are customer centric, if that were the case why has the government just put them and others on notice for ignoring contracts and levying additional monthly costs to those " valuable customers" with service contracts.
