I looked at the Nasdaq filing and DJT can offer up to 37 mil shares to Yorkville at a discount to market.  Yorkville has the option to hold the shares or sell them into the market.
What other time in the history of DJT's trading would be better than right now when the stock is trading close to a 100 mil shares in one day?
