Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Allowing cash to drop below 12 months operating I believe is a first. Let's hope this suggests something of significance is abot to happen. However, you have to wonder how seriously BP will negotiate knowing ONC's money problems. For now it's a drip, drip, drip scenario.
