THE REIT MANJI SHOULD HAVE WENT AFTER

THE REIT MANJI SHOULD HAVE WENT AFTERIn my opinion, BTB.   .097 x 4= 0.388/ $3.5 unit price  = 11% AFFO yield.  <200m market cap.  Good mix of industrial, retail and office assets.   If he started acquring it when it was $2.90-$3.20 and built a 20% position he could have taken it out for  implied 7-8% cap rate.   Manji's public security strategy should have involved small cap reits, not the big ones FCR/D that he has no real levers to pull.  Imagine artis just buying out the tinier reits on the TSX and becoming one monster reit with improved cash flow.  . Anyway, its all a pipe dream now.
