BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based real estate investment trust (REIT). THE JUICY 8.5% dividend looks safer than ever.And probably the highest on the TSX.   I think it should be 7.5% given the payout ratio of 77%.

Even with higher debt renewal its a safe enough buffer to be a non issue until rates go back down which is happening.
