CR   159 MM shares / 22376 BBL = 7105 shares/BBL x $6.70 = $47,604 / BBL

TVE  549 MM shares / 64,143 BBl = 8532 shaes /BBL x $4.10 = $34,983 / BBL


ROK  should  be  4 to 5  times  current  price....JMHO
