Victoria Gold Corp VITFF

Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE:FNNND Engaged in all Stages of the Eagle Mine

RE:FNNND Engaged in all Stages of the Eagle MineJohn McConnell and on-site Victoria Gold managed and controlled the Eagle operation.  YG, FNNND, the water board etc etc had zero to do with operation of the mine daily, monthly or yearly.  The group that operated the mine will be found to have a large majority and or all of the blame for the disaster.

YTG, EMR,  Water Board, YESAB, FNNND all got the chance to review this mine and the construct of the HLF/HLP.  Where they comfortable with it, maybe not, but everyone still signed off ot allowed it ot proceed.

Have a read, take a peek Figure 3: HLF cross-section Page 16 read the backgound it's massive, and then the Court Transcripts.

There are are so many possible points of failure that it defies imagination of this idea that the in-heap tech would keep everything under control.   Should any of the heap stabilization parameters go out of what was expected it's increadible to eleive that a potential "slurry of dynamic storage" and anything below wouldn't just cause an avalanche.  Especially if anything below was already under "stress".

Why did the heap collapse, simple stabiility,  it went out of control and caused a chan reaction. (imo)

Why?

Take a look at the diagram.  Think saturation, subduction and or a combination of any number of other permutations.

It would be shocking indeed if YG and any or all parties involved ever designed or allowed such a design to be recreated.

Hint - Looks like a slippery slope ;) when you think about it.
