RE:Tree Island Steel PlantThey do, totally agree. I think that a potential takeout will be a much more fair offer than last time, given the real estate value of $150mm. Cgy and Richmond. 

I think fair value is well north of $6/share and increase day by day as this is a fcf machine. 

I personally would fight pretty hard on anything less than 4.50 even 5. 

Been adding to my position over the past year, another at leede Jones has been recently as well as national bank. 

TSL continues to buy a ton of stock in the ncib, bought another 26k in October.
