It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Could ask Elon, he spend a hundred plus million ( maybe hundreds of millions) tohelp facilitate a victory, if anyone needs CMs for hi tech including solar and BMs for his EV dreams etc its him. 

And he knows where the good are.
