It should not be lost here that of all the stocks on that list ( as wll as HITI, which is NOT there)
only WEED is pre - bid MORE than 12% DOWN!
all the others are down 5-8 % possible.

Weak stocks are more susceptible to more panic trades / swings and WEED certainly is that.
