Would love to know how the sausage is made

Would love to know how the sausage is made Have a list of top 25 holdings in EIT (~77% of portfolio) overall US securities up massively , particularly US financials, Discover up 20% for example yet EIT barely green , not complaining have owned for 10 years and very happy with Mgt, just curious if this is maybe how the NAV difference expands  or maybe they sell into it for distributions. Good luck to all fellow EIT owners.
