Am I the only one…

....who thinks we will acquire Emergent Beverages? All stock purchase. (No debt). We have over 245M shares reserved for issuance. Explains why they want vote on consolidation for after the fact.

Also we have former office of CEO working there....coincidence???

Take on Emergent and all their brands in addition to signing AB's regional distributors and BAMM....we are off!!!!
