Florida voters surprised the hell out of me

Florida voters surprised the hell out of meby squandering their propot vote.  It knackered TRUL and close proximity players and the shockwave was felt all the way up to Tilray Canadian LP, although not as bad.

I have entertained that I think the US is going to make it to some workable Federal law that will be considered as legalizing pot for the US but maybe there isn't as much interest by consumers and voters as I thought!

Canopy got slapped down hard considering reducing debt and a potentially good financial report due in a couple of days that could change the direction of their shareprice.

I still  stand behind my conviction that there is too much supply and too many players and this recent rejection by the Floridians on their ballots has me wondering.

I can't believe that there isn't a rat in the US political system based on Trump's rhetoric in his speaches where he conveyed that he had enough votes in the week before voting day.  How did he gain that confidence while all of the high paid help were sitting on the fence.

What happened?  Russians, hackers or manipulation of the system come to mind?

Does America just love bad boys like teen groupies do!

Or just not ready for a woman or worse yet a black woman?

My sense is that had that woman been Michelle Obama, the outcome would have been very different because she portrays strength and knowledge of being well indoctrined to the pre-requisites of being the President.

I still sense a new vice industry for cannabinoids and hemp and the slide rule and calculator guys are splicing their way to access to crack rec pot markets with Delta 9 science that gets the buzz on the shelves for consumers.

I see a healthier option for social drinking for a consumer base that badly needs a healthier option and I also see going to the bar to medicate a little for pain or anxiety or just treating yourself to a healthier option than alcohol, calories and sugar.

I'm not expecting any change from our new leader who could have done some pro-pot bills although I am still trying to figure out why all of that tax revenue and licensing fee income slip through his hands.

Cartel stakes are keeping pot legalization USA right where it is as the clusterfuch that it is.  If I was the politician tasked with Federal legalization to bring the black market and Cartel players in to the fold, I would fear for myself and my loved ones.  It would be very easy to just sit on the fence rather than make yourself a target for the serious players.

In no way is it fair to the potpreneurs that are working to be bona-fide legal good providers of Safe, clean pot skus with the convenience of variety and storefronts at convenient locations compared to what the black market players are offering.

glta and dyodd

ps. Canopy's financial in a couple of days.  I don't know how they can deliver bad news once again but that is what I expect which will justify the "final conversion" of my shares to their pockets.
