Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:US 10YR YIELD AT 4.5%I expect your hero to increase spending yes with not much regard to the debt and deficit although he might flap his gums about it. I don't however believe the bond market is just pricing more routine spending rather they are pricing what is deemed to be significant inflationary policy upcoming along with the inevitably that buyers of bonds will demand higher premium. This I have forewarned about and you have now again been warned 

I also feel while this may not necessarily be a "blowoff top" we are now pretty much there. With regards to reits, it will be interesting to see how this unfolds. Hard to imagine a continued rotation back in IF rates continue to climb. I am hopeful we don't take out 5 on the ten year but will be trigger happy over the next bit. 

Helmets on, seat belt on, jock strap on. You got what you wished for, enjoy the ride.
