We're literally at a perfect/exact technical pullback and a vital support line that has held this week despite the 10yr breaking out, and the next move up will see XRE go from $16 now to $18  or $19 if it makes a higher high.

I  will  be  selling the reits with xre between $18-19 and hoping Jan sees that hit $19

This is my base expectation.  I cant see a technical breakdown with CAD overnight rates going to 3% and the fed trying to stay the course  with a few  more cuts as well
