Other packaging and specialty products include the Conformer Products, labels, record sleeves and jackets, polyethylene bags for courier applications, bubble mailers and Enviro-logiX. It operates over ten manufacturing facilities across four provinces in Canada and five manufacturing facilities in three states in the United States.

It's not an important announcement. Rather, it's a not-good result.

The big loss was entirely due to a non-cash writedown but even without that the numbers were weak.

The NCIB not being renewed in late August was clearly a clue that there were problems.

Company doesn't want to have the CC going on WHILE the market in the stock is slipping.
