Positive Comments & Some Questions2 Ask Of Soroush NazarpourSoroush Nazarpour, President & Chief Executive Officer, stated: “We’re pleased with our performance at the start of the year, despite some hesitancy in demand from certain customers in the transportation sector due to labour strikes and relatively elevated inventory levels. Nonetheless, demand for our Advanced Materials, Plastics, and Composite Products continues to be strong, as reflected in our robust organic revenue growth this quarter".
Very good Mr. Soroush Nazarpour.
It's not sexy enough of a performance for the greater equities investments community; and yet, it's very good Mr. Soroush Nazarpour.
Soroush Nazarour, CEO, stated "we are prioritizing direct graphene powder sales due to their higher gross margins compared to graphene-enhanced compounds and composite products. We're also encouraged by the progress in various end markets for graphene powder, particularly in drilling fluid and foam applications. Our balance sheet remains strong, and we continue to uphold our leadership in graphene-enhanced solutions.”
"Prioritizing direct graphene powder sales" you say?
Hmm? Which automotive OEM is purchasing Graphene BlackTM" powder, i.e. should it be an automotive OEM at all, and more importantly, what amounts of graphene powder by weight is being employed in such material products manufacturing applications by or on behalf of such NanoXplore customers; is it 2% by weight 5% or 10% by weight of finished product?
I don't really need to know the customers names employing such percentages by weight of "Graphene BlackTM" powder as comprising such a customer's proprietary product; and I know, as certain as I sit here, that you wouldn't ever tell us (and there's the appeal of a wet sockpuppet part in this all).
Never the less, the graphene by weight of finished product would be usefull in attempting to go about determining whether it is an oil and gas drilling and extraction customer or a battery packs enclosures manufacturing customer or a geosynthetic membranes manufacturing customer or a tires manufacturing customer, etc., that requires a greater supply of graphene powder.
You mentioned "particularly in drilling fluid and foam applications".
Pray tell. What exactly came of the now just about infamous "commercial agreement" negotiations with a certain well recognized chemicals company, i.e. "the industrial titan" I've been alluding to since 2018 or so?
As I recall, that particular commercial agreement previously being negotiated pertains to NanoXplore's proprietary process involving manufacturing of graphene enhanced insulative foam product.
Yes. You go ahead and just keep giving lip service to that graphene enhanced foam application product development and the oil & gas drilling services and extraction colaborative drilling fluid product development; this perhaps whilst another company, for example Thomas Swan & Co Ltd's Black Swan Graphene, could be just about ready to hit the ground running with it's own graphene enhanced insulative foam products, in collaboration with a certain European based top ten global chemicals and materials company, e.g BASF (lol).
After all, we know Black Swan Graphene has already certified it's graphene for Graphene Composites Ltd's ballistic protection technology, ("GC Sheilds") product and has signed a commercial agreement with Graphene Composites Ltd.
Do tell us. What is the actual status of those previously undertaken negotiations talks with the chemicals company touted by you on behalf of NanoXplore a year ago or so?
Let me guess. They are ongoing; and there's the wet sockpuppet kind of aspect to being invested here with NanoXplore.
This company executive body needs to positively grab the greater equities investment market community undivided attention, preferably with some serously earth shaking and share price catapulting company tangible deliverables developments kind and quality of news.
Go ahead. Give it a shot Soroush Nazarpour, lol.
