Invest the rest of the cash in crypto, sell the remnants of the operations, be gone and leave a couple of people to do whatever at a very low cost. That the best that this CEO could do for us short of issuing a special dividend and winding things down. But I would miss the humor on the other board where some keep saying how he is great at making right acquisitions!
Remember the football gif, now we know he was symbolizing what was coming to the shareholders as he was using taxpayer grants to increase BioCloud manufacturing capacity from 10k to 20k units per month. The fact that there was nothing but only positive disclosure about BioCloud certainly makes a strong case for disclosure that was deliberately biased to detract from reality. What else would explain first nervous chuckle after more than a year of silence in a conference call where all he could say was something along the lines that we all know what happened to BioCloud. Well, I don't know what exactly happened. He never wrote the ending to every great chapter he wrote.
BioCloud (TM) is still being tested at the level 4 government / health canada lab .
results are pending any time now
