RE:RE:New President?Cliff is 80 years old. Has probably said that he is just not about to go through another round of Request for Quote process.
I'm sure Cliff knows a lot more then any of us combined.
Their law firm quit, if indeed Cliff is retiring, the process of working outside the RFP process has cost millions and obviously not working, then what do you do?
You hire a lobbyist to run the place.
