RE:FailIt's like he's reading from a strategic managment textbook as to what performance improvement involves but they havn't achieved anything to date.  It's just what they their objective is.  Sounds nice but how are you going to achieve performance excellence, orgranic growth, etc. etc.

Allan MacDonald said more detail to be given in April.....WTF????

They've been saying this same thing for the last year.
