RE:How to Deal With VolatilityInteresting take.
Sensible on limit orders below the ask except when a stock runs on you and you end up paying higher. And one can always buy over several days to benefit from a possible drop.
In the case of Dundee, I bought all over the place from the 1.40 to 1.90. The way I see it, the stock is eitther extremely undervalued versus its NAV or very very underdervalued. So I do not mind paying the market price right now. We can get an annoncement on TauRx (sale for exemple) while we wait for the UK approval. We can get also a buy back. Or one of their major investment can run (NICU appears to be in a good position).
Of course, I see my investment as long term (until I sell) but the few pennies that one could save are more than offsetted by the size of the prize. As to stability, just to let Goodman & team take care of the stock selection should costing investors a premium instead of enjoying a sizeable discount. I feel much better investing on the up cycle with these guys than trying the junior lottery.
