So you are looking at about $3 per share. I have zero faith that management has any idea what to with the cash except to somehow keep the company alive long enough that major shareholders profit.
Remember in the beginning when they recommended that shareholders ask for their share certs to prevent the massive shorting.
It is a fair process now for those shareholders to deposit them back to a broker so they can be sold. Many won't bother, they'll hold to the bitter end.
All part of the plan.
