RE:cheap energy stocks.....TVE Should be a 4.95 Stock right now based on their new cost profile and what they can do at 70 and 75 dollar oil.

1. Diffs are a big deal.
2. CAD$ is a big deal
3. Costs per barrel is a big deal
4. On the ground management team is a big deal
