Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has said he will clear out "entire departments" of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) if given a place in Donald Trump's administration, as the former president has repeatedly promised.

If he is indeed appointed, would this affect TLT's application? Could we end up with delays?

If anything, RFK Jr. will rid the built-in bureaucracy & long-standing Big Pharma influence within the FDA.  You simply need to dig deeper into what his true motivations are.  He recently spoke with a US public radio network &  clearly stated that he would try to rid regulatory agencies of "corruption" & return them to evidence-based science with the goal of ending what he has coined the "chronic disease epidemic".  He has also stated on more bias-free social media platforms that he wants to challenge traditional medicine & promote areas of medical science that are too often considered to be "fringe" areas of science.  

Re: vaccines, JFK Jr. is not  an anti-vaxxer.  Imo, he simpy wants a better balance/clarification of vaccine adverse effects vs efficacy & recommends we be more cautious in our approach & not utilize improper channels (i.e. a Federal agency aka OSHA) that exceed the authority given to it by Congress in order to mandate vaccination, testing, etc. for the public/businesses at large.

Basically, JFK Jr's main objective seems to be focused on undoing years of regulatory suppression, & he seems to have an ally in the new POTUS. 

We all need to relax & realize that such a change may turn out for the better for this small "fringe" biotech.  All imo...
