Thanks Notacasino. I guess the point i am getting at is based on this statement

After a two-year evaluation process, MPAC found their solution in Xtract One’s SmartGateway.

This sounds more like they are now a customer rather than just a case study. Maybe not a huge customer but a customer non the less.
