RE:RE:RE:I’m waiting for the class action lawsuits to startNewcoin...you do realize that any lawsuit, will never result in any dollars going into our accounts?...there's always an order..lawyers,preferred share holders etc.Common shareholders are always the last to be paid...and if any money is left over it's peanuts.
I know as I've been involved with companies that have been sued.Sino- forest is one.And that was outright fraud..the company only existed on paper.
I didn't lose much...maybe 1k...but the poor people ( many retirees) recieved about 5 cents per share that they owned.
Common shareholders always lose.
