@Rad10: Indeed, capital control is a value that GA will be able to appreciate, unlike small holders who will be forced to watch without intervening.
 
Relieved of this financial pressure, the restructuring will be able to be done in an orderly manner, over time. That said, anyone who expects everything to be resolved with a magic wand should instead start a unicorn farm. It will take time.

Despite the strong depreciations, there is no indication that it is over. The market has changed and refinancing in this context will not be easy, because the risk will remain no matter what direction interest rates take.
