RE:RE:$4 million

RE:RE:$4 millionMessier quarter than I was hoping as it takes gymnastics to figure out actual revenue before the $3 million reserve and actual cost of revenes before the additional $1 million of reserve.  In hindsight, management should have taken those reserves at least one quarter earlier so that the noise was behind them sooner.  But on a happier note, after quarter end they cleaned up the China mess (I assume the guarantee also falls away) and Wilan generated more cash via dividend during the quarter than the asset value on the balance sheet.  Still no collection of unbilled revenue which suggests implementation of contracts have not been signed off by the clients yet.  Also, the backlog fell during the quarter by US$25 million.  Lets hope this is the last noisy quarter, but we will not see Q4 December 31 until March 2025.  Absent good news' press releases before then, we are in for a long dry spell again.  They have done a lot to clean up the inherited mess, lets hope most of that is now done.
