With this acquisition announcement and the price pullback from the $18+ range, I am once again very interested in the company.

The purchase price at a 1x sales multiple is about where I would expect it to be.

Will need to spend a bit more time on the pro-forma results as I struggle to understand the revenue potential due to the plant expansions.
