RE:NGTG Questions

RE:NGTG QuestionsRockport,

Those are all good questions.  In theory, it would be like a Junior with tokens instead of shares.

Unfrotunatley, we do not live "in theory"

What we do know:

1)  Cunninghsam issued THEMSELVES 900 million tokens!!!!!
2) Cunningh was trying to raise $60 million with 100 million additional coins in a PP........but it apparently did not succeed so they moved to a listing with the hopes of selling tokens into market from what I can tell,
3) Forumula for issuing coins?  THey vaguely talked about it in the white paper but there were no guard rails. And now the link to the white paper is DEAD.

So there is no definitive formula for share issuance.  There is no operational disclosure requirements.  THere is no real regulatory oversight.  Wow, sounds like a great idea for a bunch of Pink sheet rumper flumpers??????

NGTG, which currently has 0 float (or close to it), is now  valued at $1 BILLION!!!!!  And with NO $$$$.  NO assets aside from nuggetrap and a right to buy AMK for $210 million which is still unfunded

all imho

rockport1 wrote: Hey folks, I've got many decades of experience in the junior resource market, but I know very little about crypto.  Can you confirm if I understand the NGTG token correctly? From what Ryan Cunningham says, I summarize as follows.  Please confirm if I am correct or not.

A) NGTG strategy is essentially to be a junior resource company, but instead of equity shares on an exchange, investors will hold NGTG coins.  This would broaden the shareholders and marketing appeal of the company to worldwide crypto exchanges.

B) The NGTG coins will be backed by gold-in-ground assets vs other crypto products that are backed by "perceived mathematical scarcity & marketing" or paper gold, or physical gold (for similar products).

C) NGTG holders can benefit from gold price rises (for gold-in-ground valuations), exploration success expanding ounces, and monetizing the cheaply acquired properties/assets (as in the case of AMK).  I.e. for this last point, buy cheap and await proper valuation.

D) Is there a formula to how many coins are released and distributed?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
