RE:CAN ANY ONE EXPLAIN TO US HIS VIEW ON SUPPLY CHAIN

RE:CAN ANY ONE EXPLAIN TO US HIS VIEW ON SUPPLY CHAINSupply chain is an issue.  Everyone is suffering from labor shortage.  Baby boomers are retiring and there aren't enough skills labor to back fill them.  On top of that the knowledge transfer and efficiency gap is huge, which hurts productivity.

Problem is mostly with smaller suppliers as they can't attract or retain workers due to lower wagers and little to no benefits.  And it doesn't matter if OEM are fully staffed with the right skills.  When your tier suppliers can't meet demand due to their staff and skills shortage, the OEM suffers too.

For bombardier, they invested more in supply chain to preserve/priorities their orders and strike at Boeing and Textron Probably gave them some lead. Only Q4 delivery will show

The demand is up but supply chain in particular skills labor is delaying everything.
