RE:RE:RE:Merger DD : Let's Talk About DilutionBeen a long time since I posted here. DDD, I feel your pain and I have been a shareholder since Orex days and my entity still controls a significant amount of SGNL shares. SGNL made a crtical mistake by taking on too much debt and put themselves in this situation. They made a serious miscalculation on time to final permits. To me, the NEXG merger is the only plausible solution at this stage. Kevin was never able to attract any serious institutional holders of SGNL like Frank Giustra. I have been a professional investor for past 30+ years and sometimes you have to move on, take the L, and hope NEXG can grow its company. Single asset mining companies have no institutional interest. I am voting my shares FOR the merger.
