When you consider the fact that bringing a product to FDA Approval can cost close to 1 Billion Dollar$ and Spectral is doing it under $150 Million we can be Proud to be Shareholders and especially this close to completion!
Dont be fooled....This Is A Screaming Buy at this level and a great opportunity to Buy or Add on any weakness...:)
