This has me recalling the comment of several years ago when Poet sought a Nasdaq listing. Going to the Nasdaq and striving for American institutional investment comes at a price. Poet seems to now be beyond then penny stock, private placement financing tool. Those financings are high risk and come at a higher cost.
Poet has seemed to evolv beyond private placement financings where now Institutional investment has taken over. So their palms get greased as par for the cours, but at least Poet 's share price is in a trend of higher lows gravitating eventually to higher highs in the financing cycle they are currently in.
