It seems that people are confident that the prefs are going to be redeemed as part of the capital return initiatives of Cenovus ... CVE.PR.C (reset date 31/12/24) closed at $24.74 yesterday!

Cenovus management has not yet committed to redemption .... but .... I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
