RE:Outcome

RE:Outcome
Honestly, whoever revoked Buffington and Nutter's shares just prior to C-11 will have the answer to your question. I say revoked because the exact total number of shares that they each acquired 1 year prior, were revoked less than 1 month before C-11. Note, insiders can't sell or buy shares on non-public information... The fact that there was a reduction in their holding tells me that there was some sort of penalty. But the only way this could be a penalty, is if having shares in possession prior to C-11, entitles one to a claim on something. If this revocation was from the result of an investigation, then something serious that isn't public has / is going on.

But everything is very hush-hush or extremely vague. To answer your question, I don't know. I am questioning the trading behaviors during 2 press releases this year where 94-99% of the shares that were reduced or sold from one single broker's holding were bought up by the same 10-12 brokers during two separate trading days when stark press releases were issued. What would be the purpose of doing this? Artificially reducing the market cap? what for? The fact that Nevada Copper's market cap closed at 28 million USD is so shady...
