2. They are just one water report away from starting construction at Sage Ranch. That is not what he was stating previously.

3. Southern State University is 10km away from Cordero Ranch. Ludicrous. Previous permitting for this location was for homes being built around a golf course before the "recession proof" development wasstopped in 2009. Just like the "recession proof" Sage Ranch previous entity went bankrupt. University students can't walk 20km back and forth to classes.

4.Southern Pacific Resource Corp.?  Founder? Considering the company was founded in 1953, that is a very impressive career starting before you were even born.
